It's that time of year. The beginning of the Holiday Season. For those of you in the industry this is when you start the big push to let your audience know what services you can provide over this season. For those not in the industry but interested to find out what a concierge does during this time, I will enlighten you. First of all every day is different. This post will focus on personal shopping, one of the most used services during this season.
